If you request a cancellation prior to advocate drafting or government filing submission, a 100% refund of professional fees will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Once a trademark application or document has been drafted and submitted to the government portal (TMR / MCA / GST portal) and official challan receipt has been generated, government fees and professional fees cannot be refunded.
